We hope you’re happy with your order. If not, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, provided the conditions below are met.
Conditions for returns

The product is unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.

The product is returned in its original packaging, where reasonably possible.

Tags and/or seals are intact.
Hygiene & headwear
For hygiene reasons, headwear (such as caps and hats) can only be returned if it is unworn and the tag and/or seal has not been removed or broken.
If the tag or seal has been removed, or if there are signs of wear, unfortunately we cannot accept the item as a return.

Return process

Register your return by emailing Info@montyoriginals.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Package the product carefully.

Send the return back to us within 14 days after registering it.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.
Please note: Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless stated otherwise.
