Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days in the Netherlands and 2–5 business days in Belgium. Once shipped, you’ll receive a Track & Trace link by email. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with free shipping on orders over €80.
Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. After registering your return, you have an additional 14 days to send it back. Sale or discounted items are non-returnable, and return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method. Exchanges are not available at this time.
